What You'll Do:

‍Wide-Ranging Duties: From working as an outboard mechanic, welding, and doing carpentry work, expect a diverse job that keeps you on your toes.

Skill Development: Learn industry-specific terminology, tools, equipment, and materials. Build, maintain, repair, and refit boats ranging from 12ft to 180ft.

Engine and Systems Work: Install new engines and outboards. Inspect marine engines and other components, diagnose faults, perform repairs, and conduct scheduled maintenance.

Additional Responsibilities: Apply bottom paint to vessels, and ensure boats are clean before delivery.

Competitive Compensation: Salary based on qualifications and experience. Includes bonus pay and overtime pay. This role starts at $18+/hour based on experience.

Ideal Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Tuesday to Saturday.

• Previous attendance at specialized training courses like Mercury University, or willingness to attend.
• A valid BC Driver's License.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to meet tight deadlines.
