At Quantum Marine, we're looking for an experienced Marine Mechanic/Technician who is adept in marine environments. This is an exceptional opportunity for those looking to continue their career in the marine world or transition from automotive to marine technology.
Diverse Mechanical Tasks: Engage in a variety of mechanical work, including the inspection and repair of marine engines, installation of new electronics, and the refitting of vessels from 12ft to 180ft.
Skill Development: Gain and utilize certifications in Marine Mechanics, with a special consideration for those with Red Seal Automotive certifications looking to transition.
Mentorship and Teamwork: Work alongside and mentor apprentices, contributing to their growth and your own.
Professional Advancement: Paid training and certifications at Mercury University among other programs.
Competitive Compensation: A full-time, year-round position with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, including bonus and overtime pay. This role starts at $30/hour. But if you are skilled, committed and have the drive, we can offer much higher wages.

Flexible Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Tuesday to Saturday (Flexible).
